Mark Marsh represents clients throughout Northern Nevada including Carson City, Reno, Lake Tahoe, Virginia City, Minden, Gardnerville, Dayton, Fernley, Yerington and Fallon. He is licensed to practice in all Courts within Nevada.
Founder
Mark A. Marsh has been practicing law since 1989 in Carson City, Nevada. He established his own private firm in 2004 to meet the legal needs of employees, employers, families and individuals in his hometown. As an active member of his community, his goal is to ensure all Northern Nevadans have access to professional, experienced and caring legal representation.
His career has included positions within the Nevada Legislature as well as the Nevada Supreme Court and as a Deputy Public Defender. Mark also worked for the State Industrial Insurance, Mark also worked for the largest domestic insurance carrier.
Mark first received the Martindale-Hubbell BV® rating in 2011 and has been recognized each year since. This award is a peer-reviewed objective indicator of a lawyer’s high ethical standards and professional ability, generated from evaluations of lawyers and other members of the bar and the judiciary system. As a BV rated attorney, Mark’s peers recognized his practice for an exemplary reputation, legal ability and ethical standards.
