Mark A. Marsh has been practicing law since 1989 in Carson City, Nevada. He established his own private firm in 2004 to meet the legal needs of employees, employers, families and individuals in his hometown. As an active member of his community, his goal is to ensure all Northern Nevadans have access to professional, experienced and caring legal representation.

His career has included positions within the Nevada Legislature as well as the Nevada Supreme Court and as a Deputy Public Defender. Mark also worked for the State Industrial Insurance, Mark also worked for the largest domestic insurance carrier. 

Mark first received the Martindale-Hubbell BV® rating in 2011 and has been recognized each year since. This award is a peer-reviewed objective indicator of a lawyer’s high ethical standards and professional ability, generated from evaluations of lawyers and other members of the bar and the judiciary system. As a BV rated attorney, Mark’s peers recognized his practice for an exemplary reputation, legal ability and ethical standards.

Sally W.  serves as Legal Assistant and Secretary for Mark Marsh’s law practice,  She supports and assists Mark in all phases of his cases, from filing through trial. She has over 40 years of experience in the legal industry and is known for her thorough, and clients appreciate her professional and compassionate approach to working with clients.

Mike has over 14 years of experience with mark and holds a Certified Paralegal accreditation. As Mark Marsh’s Workers’ Compensation and Personal Injury Paralegal, Mike M. has extensive knowledge with the laws and procedures associated with this area of practice. He works closely under Mark’s direction to assure you have the best possible experience with the firm. Mike diligently monitors the progress of each claim and works with our clients’ health care providers and insurance companies. He is collects and analyzes relevant information to ensure the claims are well prepared and positioned for a successful outcome.
